Best School ranking in India | International School ranking Bangalore



                                       Education World International School Ranking 2015

Education World magazine has recently published its list of best schools in the India. We are listed in the category of International Day and Boarding Schools. This survey was jointly conducted by c fore and Education World magazine. over the past four months 120 c fore field personnel interviewed 11,660 parents, principals, teachers and senior school students in 27 cities countrywide and persuaded them to rate schools in their region on a ten-point scale across 14 parameters of education excellence.
This year i.e. for 2015, Trio World Academy is ranked at 13th in India and 5th in Karnataka. Category wise our rankings are given below.

1. In the category “Teacher welfare and Development”   we are ranked 6th in the country and 3rd in the state.
2. In the category “Academic Reputation” we are ranked 5th in the country and 3rd in the Karnataka.
3. In the category “Co-curricular education” we are ranked 7th in the country and 2nd in the Karnataka.
4. In the category “Individual attention”, we are ranked 8th in the country and 3rd in the Karnataka.
5. In the category “Safety and Hygiene”, we are ranked 11th in the country and 3rd in the Karnataka.
And in the category “Community service”, we are ranked 12th in the country and 3rd in the Karnataka.

Teaching children financial literacy | Trio World Academy Bengaluru




Being patient while answering any finance related questions that children may ask you as you go about your own financial matters is a challenging task. But it has a very worthy long-term outcome!

Why talk about money?

Money provides a means to trade any assets you own in return for something that you need. Money can be a difficult topic to speak about depending on our own cultural beliefs and upbringing. It might be especially challenging to be open with our own financial setbacks and their consequences. We might also not consider ourselves as experts when it comes to matters of finance. As with all other behaviours, children model their money habits around those of their parents, guardians, close family and peers.

Steps to financial literacy


  • One may begin speaking to children about finances early with age-appropriate money topics. You can begin by teaching them how money holds value and how it can be exchanged for goods or services.

  • Creating a bank account for your child and introducing them to the concept of saving and various operations of banking one step at a time will be helpful.

  • Teaching them to plan their allowance and maximize its utilization is also a valuable activity. It is necessary to set limits on indiscriminate spending.

  • The concept of credit cards and loans can be introduced to older children. One must make them understand that using a card creates a debt against their account, which needs to be repaid. Clearing misconceptions about credit cards and interest payments goes a long way in cultivating healthy spending habits.

  • Marketers might take advantage of kids need to fit in by promising them a place among the in crowd, in exchange for buying certain products. Teaching them the concepts of needs vs. wants, and helping them allocate a suitable portion of the allowance for the wants, can help them counter the strong influence of marketing and advertisements.
